Main Objectives

Our aim is to innovate cutting-edge tools for data analysis, physiological status prediction, and visualisation in metabolic diseases. We will employ a range of techniques, including statistical inferences, machine learning, and mechanistic approaches utilizing dynamical systems. This work package is closely integrated with other work packages that generate large-scale data.
